The Lehigh Valley Pocono Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 2009, to recognize and honor former collegiate, amateur, semi-pro, and professional athletes, officials, members of the media and community contributors from the Lehigh Valley and Pocono regions.

These individuals have excelled in one or more sports as an athlete, coach, manager, organizer, builder, or as an official, announcer, sportswriter, or ambassador.
