Nominate an Athlete

If you would like to nominate an athlete for the PA Sports Hall of Fame - Lehigh Valley / Pocono Chapter, please fill out the form below.

They must meet the following requirements.  The athlete must have lived or competed/coached/contributed to athletics in Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe or Pike Counties. This Hall of Fame recognizes collegiate or professional athletic accomplishments only. High school coaches and contributors can be nominated. Other contributors such as media members or other local sport contributors are also eligible for consideration regardless of level of participation.
